Wild Art Photography

by Shel Neufeld

The photographs that I create are inspired by a deep-rooted appreciation of colourful natural textures and scenes; from my backyard in Roberts Creek, to rare mountain views seen on month-long wilderness adventures. My repertoire includes a diversity of close-up and landscapes of plants, flowers, ocean, forest, and mountain scenes from across Canada. Through unique angles, along with a focus on interesting parts of particular scenes, my hope is to inspire others, and illuminate beauty that many miss. Photographs are available in various sizes on Canvas, HD Aluminum and Archival Photo paper.

Attainable Art

by Yvonne Bauer

Attainable Art consists of Raku fired pottery. Raku (Japanese meaning "freedom of enjoyment") is a process in which work is removed from the kiln at bright red heat and subjected to post-firing reduction (or smoking) by being placed in containers of combustible materials, which blackens raw clay and causes crazing in the glaze surface. My finished pieces are of a whimsical nature having personality sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face. Many types of imaginable characters are possible; nautical-themed fish, turtles, starfish, cats, dogs, birds, bugs, geckos, blue-footed Boobies to name a few.

My name is Kamryn! I am the sole owner and operator of KamFLora Design, and I cannot wait to share my art with you! I work from a home-based studio to bring you a little handcrafted piece of my self-expression. My focus on dried florals stems from my desire to take advantage of the persistence behind preserved naturals. Dried and preserved flowers/foliage last for years. Many products will last as long as you keep them around. Others, such as preserved roses, remain soft and supple for 1-3 years before becoming dry/brittle.

Our Little Soap Company

Hi, I'm Michelle and the face behind this company.

Where should I begin....

After learning how to make soap years ago I put this skill aside to raise and homeschool my 5 children. Five years ago I was reacquainted with soap making and my passion for it has blossomed from there.

I have worked on creating my all natural brand of soaps and have happily added a few other products along the way. Next thing I knew, I had my own little business and no longer a part-time but a full-time adventure ahead of me. My products are all handmade in small batches in my hometown of Langley, British Columbia. I try my best to source most of my ingredients through Canadian suppliers. Since creating Our Little Soap Company I've expanded to bring on several employees to help out during the busiest part of my creating season. It's been exciting to grow beyond a one person show.

I have missed meeting customers at markets and trade shows, however during these changing times I've enjoyed expanding to have my products in stores and online.

I'm looking forward to creating natural products for years to come.

Thank you for stopping by and I hope you find some soapy goodness here.

Collettes Art

by Collette Pereira

The collection of work that I present as the journey to fulfill my passion, is at a point where I no longer feel that I am not giving the world a good shot of my artistic impressionism. Having been at the crossroads many times I have questioned my creative abilities when painting is only a cautious expression and a way to use some color. But on days when frustration finally gives way to "crazy", I have seen "excitement" and the world for me begins anew. These days I don't hold back when I paint.

Masks by Ardita

I love making face masks! I started making them for myself and my family at the onset of the pandemic and then started to give them to friends as well. As more people liked them, they started to purchase them. I have sensitive skin and that is why I carefully chose and use 100% high-quality cotton for the masks. They have beautiful designs and are colourful. Prewashed to prevent shrinking, breathable, washable and reusable over and over again.

**To make them last longer, it is advised to hand wash with warm water and soap and hang them to dry or leave them on the counter to dry over night.**
